Update on our mandir during the Pandemic and 3rd Lockdown

Dear Devotees

Jai Shree Krishna and Happy New Year (May it be good for all of us)

As you are all aware that things are getting worse due to the corona virus spreading extremely fast.  We are all facing incredibly challenging times and safety of everyone (our respected Shastri ji and our devotees) is of utmost important.

Keeping the above in mind, we are keeping the MANDIR CLOSED until middle of February 2021. We will reassess the situation in line with the government guidelines, which are to be reviewed at that time. We sincerely hope that things get better by then.

In the meantime, we are providing dharshan and Aarti live on Facebook every evening at 7p.m (Monday to Friday) and at 1p.m on Sunday.

In addition, we are using Zoom for kirtan on Sunday’s at 11.30 a.m. and Hanuman Chalisa (1st Tuesday of the month), Sunderkand Patth (2ndTuesday of the month), Amritvani patth (3rd Tuesday of the month) and kirtan (4th Tuesday of the month) at 5.30 p.m.

We will also be using Zoom to celebrate Lodhi on Wednesday 13th January 2021 at 6p.m. and any other events in due course.

It is an opportunity for you to participate and keep associated with the mandir, it is bound to provide you mental and spiritual strength.

Although the mandir will be closed, there will still be certain expenses incurring, therefore if you wish to donate (for which we would be grateful) it can be done through our website page or you can contact myself (07887870121) or our general secretary Namratta ji (07855760696).

Please take care and stay healthy and take advantage of our Zoom and Facebook facilities.

Best wishes from

Indu Seth (President of Hindu Religious Society)
